Volkswagen Set to be Tops in Production
It’s been a tough couple of months for General Motors – First they may have to file Ch. 11, and now they are poised to be knocked down a peg by Volkswagen, as the German auto maker is set to become on of the top vehicle producers. GM is cutting their production by a huge 30%, where as VW (according to Automotive News) “…will only be dropping 15% of its production numbers, largely because of its more global operations and a lesser focus on the troubled U.S. market.”

Auto industry analysts predict vehicle production worldwide should be on the rise as early as next year. This should (hopefully) bring an increase in sales within the next two years.
