The 1999-2010 Beetle became bloated and expensive, that had only a vague connection to the original, simply engineered, easy to work on, inexpensive vehicle that the world fell in love with. I'm looking forward to a competitively priced small, hip, vehicle that'll get more people switching to VW instead of the low priced Kias and ever terrible Scions. GO VEEDUB! I’m actually happy to see the beetle revamped again.
